Black & White

While I typically opt for brighter and cooler colors in the spring and summer months, but there’s no escaping a classic black and white combo, it’s a summer must! I wish I could remember where I picked up this sheer short-sleeved button down, I’ve had it for a couple of years and since sheer has been a huge trend this past year, it’s been a wardrobe staple. I had also been eyeballing the super cute Panama hat from J.Crew but at $58, it just was not in my budget. Luckily, I came across this cutie from Urban Outfitters for $30… score!

Okay, I just have to rant for a minute; I love sheer tops, I really do. I just don’t love what some women choose to wear, or not to wear, underneath. A simple cami, crop top, lace bralette or bandeau—even a cute bra-that-doesn’t-look-like-a-bra— are all fab options to wear underneath. Remember, it’s see-through— we can all see what’s underneath!
