1. With resolutions to eat healthier (who doesn’t have those?!?) I find the easiest way to do so is with juicing! I replace one meal (breakfast) with a smoothie five days a week, usually made with my own juice. Yum! Check out some of my delicious juice/smoothie recipes.
2. This super cute gold polka-dotted notebook from Zazzle, perfect for jotting down blog ideas, 2014 goals, and other inspiration that pops up. Ideas just look better inclosed in a pretty journal!
3. With super bowl parties and cooler weather (well, maybe not here!), January just makes me think of chili… bean chili, meat chili, chicken chili, lentil chili, vegetarian chili… I can’t help but crave chili All. The. Time. Is that so wrong?
4. I’ve been checking out some new books on my Kindle app since reading more was one of my top goals for 2014. FYI- with the Los Angeles library system, I can place holds and check out digital books online… for free! Once available, I can upload them to my Kindle until they expire. Check with your library to see if they offer something similar. These are a few on my to-read list, do you have any other great book recommendations?
