With every new year comes new goals, many of which are fitness related. I’ve never been much of an athletic person– in fact while most kids loved getting out of the classroom for P.E., I hated it, especially when we had to run. No thanks!
I’m still not a fan of running but I do try to keep in shape; I take a weekly pilates class, and sometimes yoga and various dance classes. This year, my goal is to try some new activities and so far I’ve been doing pretty good. I tried skiing for the first time (killer on the legs!) and last weekend I took a line dancing class– no joke, it was pretty fun, and not as easy as it looks!
I don’t know if this is a good or bad thing but I am totally one of those that finds it easier to get myself to exercise when I’m wearing something cute… anyone else?? I know I’m not the only one 😛 Here’s a few of my top fitness style favorites this month– I tend to go for more pastel, lighter shades but I love some fun patterns and looks mixed in.
