Today I’m highlighting a few of my top fall style picks from CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) members, such as Rebecca Minkoff, DVF, Tory Burch and more. For fall, I’ve been eyeballing slouch boots, ankle skinny jeans are always a must (they look great with booties!) and a coat is a must-have for when I visit colder areas– I’m loving thisa soft camel shade for fall. Tell me, what are some of your fall must-haves?
This week from 10/17 – 10/23, I will be donating 10% of net sales (excluding taxes and shipping) initiated through the links in this post to CFDA Foundation.* Proceeds from CFDA Fashion Targets Breast Cancer helps to provide access to reliable health information and quality health care to all women concerned about and/or diagnosed with breast cancer. I urge you to make a concerted effort to give back and shop with this cause in mind.
According to the American Cancer Society, 1 in 8 women (12%) in the US will develop invasive breast cancer during their lifetime, and in 2016 more than 40,000 women are estimated to die from from breast cancer. That’s an extremely scary thought and chances are someone close to you has been diagnosed, or you know of someone who has had to fight. Although no one close to me has had to battle breast cancer…yet, they and even myself are at risk and it’s important to have access to correct and reliable information to help prevent breast cancer, for early detection and most importantly, access to health care in order to fight, literally for life.
