With exactly a year and a month to wedding day, we’re starting to get going on planning. Steve and I have booked our venue, picked a date and are now thinking about our wedding guest list, wedding-related events and importantly, who we want in our wedding party and standing with us on our big day. When it comes time to pick my bride babes, I want to ‘pop the question’ to them in a special and creative way. I’ve been seeing fun, customized bridesmaid boxes (and even received one as a bridesmaid last year!) all over and I think it’s such a cool way to ask your gals to be part of your special day. Sure you can purchase pre-made boxes, but what’s the fun in that? Keep reading to find out how you can put together a unique DIY bridesmaid gift box that your bridesmaids will never forget>>
Pixels and Pop specializes in creating printable party supplies and decorations for all of life’s special moments—weddings, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, holiday parties, events and more! The designer, Jenn, is a creative whiz. Funny story, we actually met through work a few years ago in the lunchroom when she was planning her own wedding. She was always working on something cool and crafty for her wedding, so it doesn’t surprise me that she started her own party décor business. She was super sweet to send me a set of her gorgeous printables to use in my wedding celebrations!
When I first saw the Pixels and Pop printable rose gold bridesmaid kit, I felt like it had my name ALL over it… I’m a sucker for anything and everything rosé & rose gold! I’ve been hinting at a rosé and bubbly bridal shower so this fits my theme perfectly. And you know me, I love a good theme. If you’re not about the rose gold, there are plenty of designs and themes to choose from for whatever type of party or event you are planning from boho, Hawaiian, something blue and more.
This particular bridesmaid set includes printables for gift tags, cards, bath bomb labels, mini bottle labels, straw flags, lip balm wraps, bar soap wraps, chocolate bar wraps and candle labels (3 sizes!). Best part? This entire set is under $10. You can even request a custom order too!
For your gift box, I also recommend including a few extras like Pixels and Pop did here—a face mask, hair tie and a wine opener are perfect! You can also include a mini wine (rosé!) or champagne bottle, nail polish, custom wine glass or koozie, candles, etc…. have fun with it!
This box is also perfect for your bachelorette party guests. I love that there’s printables for a bachelorette hangover kit—keep your party guests hydrated, headache-free and happy! You can put all the favors into a gift bag, box or even in a custom tumbler or sipper cup!
