IBY Beauty Winter Makeup Look

A gal can never have too many makeup palettes, amiright? For the last few months, I’ve been constantly reaching for these beautiful palettes from IBY Beauty, a Los Angeles-based cosmetics brand. I love using these palettes to create different looks and came up with a fun makeup look that will definitely warm up those frosty winter vibes. 

For this winter look, I wanted to do something different than I normally wear. Keep reading for my full review on these palettes plus a pretty winter look you can re-create>> 

IBY Beauty, which stands for Inspired By You, offers a full line of cosmetics products– eyeshadows, blushes, lip shades, brow products and even beauty tools such as brushes. Everything is super affordable– most of their palettes are about $20-$25! 

Radiant Glow

The IBY Beauty Radiant Glow Palette is a stunner! It has six shades for cheeks including highlighters, blush and bronzer all designed to give what else… a radiant glow. The shades include a pearly white highlighting shade, a soft pink pearl, a shimmery rose gold, a glowing soft bronze, a peachy pink blush and a matte bronzer. 

For this look, I used ‘Royce’ to contour inside the hollows of me cheeks and lightly bronzed the perimeter of my face. I then applied ‘Pop!’ to the apples of my cheeks, blending out towards my hairline. For highlight, I applied ‘Prosecco’ to tops of cheekbones– I absolutely love this shade, it is so pretty on skin and catches the light perfectly! 

This palette makes it easy to mix-and-match shades– you can even blend the highlight shades together for a total custom look. This palette is easy to travel with and has everything you need for a gorgeous, radiant cheek look. 

Desert Vibes

For eyes, I used the IBY Beauty Desert Vibes Eyeshadow Palette which is very much influenced by the colors of a desert sunset. The palette contains 12 gorgeous, super pigmented shades. I love that the formula is very soft and almost has a buttery consistency; it’s so easy to blend the shades! The eyeshadows are formulated with Rose Seed Oil to help condition skin as well– I love a product with benefits! 

To get this look, I applied ‘Low-Key’, a soft peach shade, to my entire lid and blending up. I then applied ‘Vitamin C’ a gorgeous peachy terra cotta shade into my crease. I then added ‘Make Out Sesh’ into the crease to deepen the color and then added ‘Sun Down’, a rich chocolaty brown, to the outer edges. With my finger, I lightly applied ‘Insta Story’ to the middle of my lid to give a more metallic finish. 

For this look, I wanted to try something I don’t normally do with makeup. For that bold pop of color, I applied the bright teal shade ‘Heatwave’ to my lower lash line. I love how it turned out! 

The desert-inspired eyeshadows are beautifully pigmented, apply smoothly without much fallout and blend so nicely. I love the mix of different shades in this palette; there are neutrals, peaches, some pretty metallics and fun bold shades as well. 

I love that the shades are in order from lightest to darkest. It truly makes it easy to figure out how to transition to the next shade. 

I absolutely love the copper, orange tones of this look and the blue was the perfect shade to add that pop of color to eyes. The cheek palette has beautiful complimentary shades that are gorgeous on skin.
