Happy almost Christmas! This year definitely didn’t turn out how anyone thought it would. Understatement of the year, right? However, that doesn’t diminish my love for Christmas and holiday season. The weather is finally starting to cool down– under 70-degrees is definitely chillier for us SoCal folk. I couldn’t wait to break out my sweaters. You can see how I styled this same sweater last year– I think the sequins give it such a festive vibe!

I recently discovered a Christmas tree farm nearby— I had no clue Christmas tree farms existed in Southern California, let alone just a few miles away from where I live. It’s such a perfect spot to take Christmas photos! Steve and I may or may not have taken couple photos here as well. It was a bit bare since we went so late in the season. Here’s a tip: I you plan to take photos at a Christmas tree farm, be sure to go early in the season.
This sequin sweater is one of my favorites to wear for the holidays and paired perfectly with Mott & Bow skinny jeans. I’ve mentioned their jeans a few times before. They are super comfortable and I love the wear. These adorable Sorel boots that I purchased new on Poshmark were the perfect addition to the look. All that was missing was snow!
I wish you all a joyous holiday celebration, no matter how you are celebrating this year. Do you have a favorite holiday photo spot? Share in the comments below!
