It’s been so long since my last post– it’s been hectic this past month. I’m back with a simple clean beauty makeup look that is perfect for those days when you want to look fresh and natural. While there’s no set standards, products that are ‘clean’ are typically formulated without harmful or irritating ingredients such as parabens, sulfates and more.

For this look, I wanted to use as few products as possible. I started with the Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer to spot conceal in areas that needed some coverage. This has become my favorite concealer– it has amazing full coverage but blends into skin so flawlessly that it doesn’t look like you’re wearing anything. It does not feel heavy on skin and has a blurring effect to help hide fine lines.
I then apply Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Face Powder SPF 16 with a fluffy powder brush. I love how natural this powder looks on skin– it takes out shine and is super lightweight. It has SPF 16 to offer protection and a mineral-based formula that is great for sensitive skin. This product is available at your local drugstore– quality clean beauty products do not have to be expensive!
For eyes, I applied the rms beauty Straight Up Volumizing Peptide Mascara. This clean beauty mascara is said to volumize and lengthen lashes… and it does just that! I love the full wand which helps to pump up lashes and apply the mascara without any clumps. The mascara features a peptide blend to help nourish lashes as well as a Tri-Locking System so it doesn’t smudge. I’m super impressed with the wear of this mascara and how full my lashes look!
To finish the look, I apply Lauren Conrad Beauty The Liquid Highlighter to add a glow to skin. I like to use my fingers for a natural look– I just gently pat it on the tops of my cheekbones. It gives just the right amount of pearlescence and I love how natural it looks!
I also apply a touch of gloss to lips– I’ve been super into high-shine glossy lips lately.
